Using prototype.js v1.3.1

This could have some interesting uses on a portal and web development in general.

Mumblings (not meant to be understood by others):
- Refresh portlets without posting back w/ progress status
- Reinforces that development should be around content (microcontent). No more pages
- More web services. Does Ajax object support WS-formatted SOAP call?
